Tendering for Work

We understand that for many clients, there is the need to put the work out to tender. We are very happy to work in this way.

On-site Meeting / Meetings with Participants

We are happy to come to you to meet with groups of people who have a stake in the film. In the past we have worked with participants, focus groups, funders and others to ensure the validity of the messages in the film and their relevance to a particular audience.

Written Proposal / Agreement / Full Written Treatment / Storyboards

We will provide you with a written proposal and agreement, laying out clearly what we have agreed including the content, style and timetable for completing the film. After meeting with participants we will provide you with a full written treatment.

Filming

We visit all sites before filming to ensure that on the day everything will go smoothly. On the filming days, we will provide an expert crew, but will work sensitively and unobtrusively. All our films are made to broadcast standards with skilled and dedicated camera and sound technicians with many years of experience.

Viewing of Early Edits

We provide copies of early edits to you for your comment, amendment and final approval. Once we have your approval our post production and finishing service ensures that we always offer the highest quality uncompressed picture online for razor sharp images and expert audio dubbing to ensure the highest quality of sound mix possible. Skilled graphic artists also form part of the team providing animation for title sequences, graphics and DVD production.

Delivery of Final Film

The final film can be delivered to you in the format of your choice. We are happy to provide broadcast masters on any tape format or we can oversee the DVD production process for you.

Additional services

We are happy to provide packaging design and material that takes cues from existing branding or other materials, providing a coherent multimedia look for your product or campaign. We can also develop new materials should you require them.
